Our Story
The word Doro means “gift” in Greek — a simple idea at the heart of everything here. Like bread shared around a table and olive oil poured generously, it speaks to the land that keeps on giving and the joy of gathering, slowing down, and sharing meaningful moments together. It also reflects our desire to be of service: to offer a space of care, connection, rest, and celebration. Over time, the land and home continue to be shaped by all who pass through, becoming part of an evolving shared story.
